The Downtown Village Development Corporation (DVDC) is a not-for profit corporation dedicated to downtown revitalization and business and residential attraction. Our mission is to improve the market climate of downtown Sudbury through the enhancement of its identity and the strengthening of its economic vitality.
If you are looking for a location in the Greater Downtown area to set up your business or to live, we maintain an inventory of downtown buildings and properties. We will work with you to identify opportunities - help you find the right space and place and introduce you to people you’ll need to know to help you streamline processes and assist you with growing your business.
